Venture 36 metres underground with a retired miner. Experience what it was like for the original miners, who worked with a pick, shovel wheelbarrow and winch during.

Eremophila commonly known as the Emu Bush
Wander through the Eremophila garden that has many of the 350 species of Eremophila that have been identified in Australia. Look out for emus as the fruit of the bush is one of their favourite foods.
View the garden from the York Grey Granite benches and appreciate the varied habits, from groundcover to small shrubs, of this diverse group of colourful plants. These increasingly popular plants are able to tolerate a wide range of soil types and climatic conditions and many species are of value as horticultural specimens and ornamental plants.
